MilkBook: Dairy Management

MilkBook is a dairy management app for dudh hisab and milk khata — built for doodh walas.

Replace your paper milk diary and bahi khata. Record cow milk and buffalo milk separately, keep every customer’s milk account, and run the round even when the network drops. Use Gujarati, Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada.

You can turn on scheduled auto-record so MilkBook logs each customer’s standing daily quantity at your morning and evening times — 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM by default. You only correct the houses that skipped or took extra.

Or log the whole round in seconds on bulk entry: every customer, subah and shaam, one pass. Cow milk and buffalo milk show as their own lines, each with its own quantity and rate, and they land on one milk bill.

Why vendors switch to MilkBook

• Works offline on the milk round — entries live on your phone and sync when you are back online • Full Gujarati, Hindi, and English — plus Marathi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada • Cow milk and buffalo milk as named types, not a generic “product” row • Optional scheduled auto-record from each customer’s standing quantity • Bulk daily entry as its own screen, not a hidden trick

The khata, not a spreadsheet

• Per-customer rates, morning / evening / both, and a standing daily quantity • Stop a customer without losing their history • Monthly milk bills, or 10-day and half-month cycles per customer • Balance carry-forward between bills — last month’s udhaar does not vanish • One payment can be split across several outstanding bills • Record collections from your customers in cash, UPI, bank, or cheque • Bill PDF you can share on WhatsApp (or as an image). Add your logo and a UPI QR so your customers can pay their milk bill • Daily and monthly reports, plus CSV / Excel export • Delivery history with back-dated corrections • Counter sales and other dairy items (curd, ghee, and more) on the same customer • Optional delivery-staff tools so helpers can mark today’s round and collect payments

Who it is for

• Doodh walas and milkmen on a home-delivery round • Dairy farmers and small dairy shops keeping a milk account • Milk delivery agencies that need staff on the route • Anyone still doing doodh hisab in a paper register

MilkBook is a milk delivery ledger — dudh hisab, milk khata, and milk billing in your pocket. It is not a collection-center app.

Getting started

Download MilkBook. Record cow and buffalo, generate the monthly milk bill, and keep udhar khata without the night-time register.
