Why Sauna? (Wellness & Performance) Regular sauna use is linked to decreased stress, better sleep, improved cardiovascular health, increased immunity, and expedited muscle recovery. It feels good, and research shows it's good for you—especially when paired with exercise.

Emerging science supports sauna's role as a legitimate adjunct to structured fitness:
