My whole has constant issues uploading photos. We have lost so much information because this basic feature does not correctly. Having a 1000 character limit on your job notes is also frustrating. We pay a lot of money for this software and these basic things should work. Navigating the app is not intuitive at all. There is more than one clock out screen and sometimes that does not work if you don’t have good cell service.

Waited forever for an app and this is extremely disappointing. Very incompetent. Can’t do simple things like look up client information. They should have just kept us waiting instead of releasing this garbage
