With Flocus, you can start a Focus Session anytime you need to be present, set up Recurring Sessions that run automatically on the days and times you choose, or use Friction to make impulsive app opens less automatic. You can also create reusable groups of apps and websites for different parts of your life, so your routines feel easier to maintain.

Flocus is flexible enough for real life. Some days you may want stronger protection and a fully blocked session. Other days, a lighter touch is enough. Timed breaks, allow lists, and adjustable focus controls help you find a rhythm that supports your day.
