CareConnect provides counselling and wellbeing services to individuals through their employer, organization, or service partner. This app is an additional entry point, giving existing service users simple, direct, and secure access to the support CareConnect provides.

Important: To use CareConnect, you must have a valid activation code supplied by your employer, organization, or service partner. Without this code, the app cannot be activated.

How it works: Connect securely with a qualified CareConnect counsellor using a data voice call over WiFi or mobile data. Calls are confidential and protected through secure, encrypted connections. A simple interface makes it easy to start a call when support is needed. Multilingual support is available in select regions. CareConnect is here to ensure that its users can access their wellbeing support quickly and conveniently, whether at home, at work, or on the go.
