If you’ve been invited by your Estate Agent, you can verify your details online in just a few simple steps – no branch visit required.

Your information is shared securely and is not stored on your device once the check is complete.

Before you start

You’ll need: A valid photo ID (passport, driving licence, ID card or residence permit) A well-lit area to take clear photos

How it works

1. Receive an email invitation from your Estate Agent
2. Download the iamproperty ID Check app
3. Log in using your email and one-time passcode
4. Scan your ID document
5. Complete a facial scan
6. Upload proof of address documents
7. Complete source of funds verification
8. Submit your verification
