Nerves of Steel is a focused training tool for performers who want to build confidence under real world pressure. It simulates the unpredictable sounds of a live audience by playing randomized distractions through your device. Each session strengthens your ability to stay centered and steady while the world around you shifts.

Choose from curated sound environments, adjust intensity, and practice with realistic cues that mirror concerts, classrooms, small venues, and public spaces. Record your sessions and rate them to keep track of your focus over time as you prepare. You can even upload or record your own distracting sounds to be thrown into the mix. New environments and sound collections will be added periodically.

Audio will continue to play while the app is in the background so you can continue to use your device while the distractions are running. This is helpful for those who use their device to also read materials/music from while rehearsing.
