Careboodle uses the easy PINCH ME framework (Pain, Infection, Nutrition, Constipation, Hydration, Medication, Environment) to help you think through common, reversible reasons why a person’s behaviour or condition might have changed. With just a few taps, you can record what you’ve noticed and send a prompt to your manager so they can decide the next steps.
