CareSight is a caregiver companion app designed to help trusted caregivers stay connected with loved ones who use MemCare Plus. CareSight provides safety awareness, caregiver updates, location-based support, and simple communication tools to help caregivers stay informed.

CareSight is used together with MemCare Plus. A caregiver can connect only when the MemCare user approves the connection and allows caregiver access. The MemCare user remains in control of caregiver permissions and location sharing.

Subscription selection and management are available in the app under Settings > Manage Subscription.

Caregiver Access

CareSight is designed for caregivers who have been approved by a MemCare Plus user. Caregiver access, communication, and location sharing are available only after the MemCare user allows the connection.

The MemCare user can manage caregiver access and permissions within the MemCare app.

CareSight is designed to help caregivers stay informed and connected while respecting the MemCare user's control, privacy, and independence.
