User Reviews
Pros
- Strong integration with Peloton and other devices (e.g., Keiser) for a well-rounded workout experience.
- All-in-one workout tracking across Peloton, indoor/outdoor cycling, running, hiking, weights, and more with clean data and minimal bloat.
- Developer responsiveness and proactive support, with quick responses to questions.
- Live tracking and real-time metrics, including power-zone compatibility on non-Peloton setups.
- Frequent updates and new integrations (IC4, Peloton API) that expand features and durability.
Cons
- Transition from the old app to the new one was poorly handled: no notice and no automatic subscription transfer; old app shut down.
- Prepaid/annual subscriptions were not honored or transferred, with refunds difficult or unavailable; accusations of defrauding customers.
- Loss of features and analytics in the new app compared with the old one (fewer activity types, downgraded metrics).
- Poor communication during the transition (reliance on a Facebook group; unclear refunds and timelines).
- Higher price for the new app without equivalent features; perceived value drop.
Recent reviews
I paid for a one year subscription to Paceline in October 2025. In December, with no advance notice, they shut down the app and started this new one that does basically the same thing. So, obviously, they’re going to transfer my subscription right? Wrong. They developer literally told me that if he did that for me, he’d am have to do it for others in the same situation and that’s not “scalabale.” Well, yeah. If you sell someone a product, you ought to give it to them. Imagine that. Terrible business ethics here. Stay away.

I am an avid peloton power zone rider who uses a Keiser bike. This app is exceptional in linking to my Keiser and peloton to create an accurate / well rounded workout experience. The training details are just what the serious athlete wants! Not to forget the amazing quick service this app provides with questions I have sent in. Amazing app and quiet with the price.

The analytics just keep getting better and better! I was hesitant to switch over to the new app, but man does it deliver. The team is constantly looking for ways to improve user experience and truly care for what we want to see. Excited to see what they come up with next!
