First and foremost, the customer service is exceptional. We had a few issues in the beginning that were completely user error on our part. When we reached out to the TABL team, they responded immediately, walked us through the problems step-by-step, and quickly got everything resolved. TABL has been a game changer for our food truck. Our setup includes a Stripe credit card swiper, two tablets—one for taking orders and one as our kitchen display system (KDS). As soon as an order is paid for, it instantly appears on the KDS, which keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently. One of our favorite features is the built-in QR code option. We created a QR code that brings up our menu, allowing customers to browse, order, and pay directly from their phones. This has significantly reduced wait times and improved the overall customer experience. Overall, TABL has been a tremendous help to our business. It has streamlined our operations, improved efficiency, and given our customers a faster and more convenient ordering experience.

I’ve been using this app for a few weeks now at trade shows and also at my food stand. Honestly, I’ve got to tell you, it’s one of the most hassle free payment solution solutions I’ve ever used. I was working with Square before and their app is confusing and they were dipping deep into my profit margin. These guys are completely free to use, some of the lowest processing fees in the industry, and they added in cool gamification so that the more I sell, the more I earn. With their milestone rewards system, I can get paid at the end of each month just for selling on their platform. I highly recommend this to anyone who’s looking for a great payment system that’s easy to use and just works. I’ve already told a few buddies about it at the show.
