Standard mode

Manually scan the QR code in the confirmation email received after making an appointment. The appointment is immediately marked as present in Dockplanner, and all booking details (order numbers, appointment type, time, etc.) are displayed automatically.

Autopilot mode

The carrier scans the QR code from the appointment confirmation email themselves. The appointment is automatically marked as present, and all relevant details are displayed immediately for verification.
