Drivers get a simple cab-friendly layout: Home, their run sheet, a big scan button, their docket history and settings. Admins and owners get the office view: the queue, the schedule and everything they manage. A short welcome tour shows each person around, and can be replayed from Settings any time.

Tap ? at the top of any screen to report a problem — Dockets attaches a picture of that screen so we can see exactly what you saw — or ask a question. Our replies arrive right in the app, and you can follow every request from Settings.

• Sign in with a passkey, Apple, Google, or your username and password.
• Lock the app with Face ID or Touch ID, so a shared cab phone stays yours.
• Optional two-factor authentication for every account.
• Every company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
