The app allows existing (registered) customers to:

• Book interpreters (oral) to assist individuals in conversation with government ministries or with healthcare providers etc
• Get push notifications when a translator accepts their booking request
• Get push notification when a translator cancels their session (they’ve previously accepted)
• Administer their own bookings (cancel, monitor etc)
• Give feedback to the translators they’ve already appointed and used
• Get push notification when a booking they’ve made expires (i.e no translator has accepted – therefore allowing the customer to arrange translator by other means or rebooking the session)

The app allows existing (registered) translators to:

• View their bookings
• Get push notification when customers put in new bookings that match their skills (that they can accept)
• Get push notification when a customer cancels a booking they have accepted
