DigitalTolk is a Chrome extension that helps registered customers book oral translators for conversations with government ministries, healthcare providers, and other settings. It supports end-to-end booking management, including canceling, monitoring, and giving feedback on translators, plus real-time push alerts when bookings are accepted, canceled, or expire.

Translators can view their bookings and receive push alerts when new customer bookings match their skills or when a customer cancels an accepted booking. This two-sided workflow streamlines scheduling and improves service delivery for both customers and translators.
