PerformHappy is a mental-training platform for talented ages 7–18 who want to build confidence, overcome mental blocks, reduce anxiety, and perform at their highest potential. Created by Rebecca Smith, M.A., High Performance Coach and founder of Complete Performance Coaching, the app combines sports psychology tools with fun, age-appropriate training experiences.
