Emma is a specialist musculoskeletal physiotherapist with over 13 years of clinical experience working with clients globally. From elite athletes to people returning to movement after surgery, from new mothers to those who simply want to stay active and independent well into later life – Emma has worked with an extraordinarily wide range of people, and that breadth shapes everything she does. Her approach is rooted in genuine curiosity about each person's story, a deep understanding of how the body moves, and an unwavering belief that movement should feel like something you want to do, not something you have to. She founded Emma Frazier Physio & Pilates because she saw a gap between clinical physiotherapy and the kind of ongoing, intelligent movement support people actually need — and she built this app to close it.
