I paid for the reformer and they somehow snuck in a subscription with Shopify on me. When I went to Shopify to manage said subscription, I didn’t have an account…that is sketchy. The videos in the app itself are fine, but if you are a beginner, the instructors are not there to talk you through it all. They are only there to “show” you, and they don’t have very good form themselves. So you’ll get a ten minute video of the person exercising with you. It’s 2026 and I ain’t paying $150 annually for that. I do like my little reformer board, which is all I wanted in the first place. Suck it “Flo”. This is a scam.
