I love this board, but I am so sick of this app and the rip off it is. My husband bought it as a present, and in the short time span we’ve had it, multiple misses. First, they charged us out of nowhere for the app, which was advertised as a year free with what we purchased. We had the reformer for two days before that occurred. Second, the updates that kick you out and won’t let you back in happen biweekly. Third, it’s under my husband’s email, and I inquired about changing that to ZERO response. Only more ads from them to purchase things. Fourth, half the time they don’t count my completed workouts. I am highly disappointed with this app. Big time. The board is great, but I wouldn’t count on the app if I were you.
