Highly recommended. This is a super creative tool for self-discipline. Before you can watch short videos or use other apps, you must complete a set number of steps, forcing you to put your phone down and go for a walk. It reduces mindless scrolling while helping you exercise. The step goal customization is very flexible, simple, and effective!

When I first got this app it was great!! New features started getting added quickly and greed set in. Now you can only block one app otherwise you have to pay for more if you want to have multiple blocked. (Subscription model) Not worth it. Super disappointing and won’t be using it again.
