I just redownloaded the app after using it for some time. It was absolutely fantastic, but now they’ve swapped to a subscription model and you have to pay. Of course. Deleted it immediately because of that. It didn’t matter that it’s only 7.99 a year.

Highly recommended. This is a super creative tool for self-discipline. Before you can watch short videos or use other apps, you must complete a set number of steps, forcing you to put your phone down and go for a walk. It reduces mindless scrolling while helping you exercise. The step goal customization is very flexible, simple, and effective!
