TSP FSM is our field app for TSP jobs. Log in, see your assigned work, clock in, run inspections or work orders, take photos, fill forms, and send it all back to the office from your phone.

Jobs & time Pull your jobs from Zoho, search and filter, then clock in. Update status as you go — In Route, On Site, Break, Supplies. One active job at a time.

Inspections Guided claim-scope flow: project info, checklists, rooms, claim sheet, documentation, then review and submit. Add photos and files as you go. Save claim sheet PDFs when you need them.

Work orders & projects Work line items, add notes and photos, track time, and send a service report. Project jobs use tasks and subtasks until the board is done.

TSP Cam Capture from camera or library with GPS. Gallery, captions, tags, before/after, and markup (brush, arrows, shapes, text). Albums, shot checklists, and share links for the office or client.

Expenses & follow-ups Log job or vehicle expenses with receipts. Create follow-ups so unfinished work doesn’t get lost.

Account & settings Profile, password, notifications, Cam preferences, and permission status. Help and support are in Settings. Managers also get live field status, technician tools, and Cam report options.
