The LeeTran Passport app is a convenient hub for booking paratransit (ADA) and Transportation Disadvantage (TD) trips.

LeeTran’s Paratransit Service is a shared-ride service for eligible customers with disabilities who are not able to use the regular bus service (also called “fixed route”) for some or all of their trips because of a disability or other limitations. Connect to shopping, social events, medical appointments, hospitals, jobs, and more around Lee County with our free app, LeeTran Passport.

Paratransit service is provided Monday through Sunday and the daily operating hours are comparable to LeeTran’s local bus service hours. The service area for LeeTran’s Paratransit Service covers a three-quarter (3/4) mile radius around the existing local bus routes in Lee County.

Book through the app or call LeeTran to book your trip up to 14 days in advance, and receive trip reminders and updates on vehicle arrival time. The Customer Service representative will let you know your 30 minute pickup window for when the vehicle will arrive. You are expected to be ready at any time during that pickup window. On the day before your trip, you will receive an automated call or text reminder for each trip you have scheduled.

When our vehicle is near your location on the day of the trip, we will send you an automated call or text notification. When your driver arrives, they will wait up to 5 minutes at your pickup location. If they arrive early, they will wait until the start of your pickup window, and then wait another 5 minutes.

There may be others on board, and you may make some additional stops before you reach your desired destination. You can track your ride and share your status in real-time from the app.

Our vehicles are wheelchair accessible and are operated by specially trained drivers. Whether you want to run an errand, visit a friend, or need reliable transit to recurring events (work, appointments, etc.), LeeTran will get you there!

Updating my previous review. App loads promptly and works well!

It's great to be able to have an app to book my rides, so that I can book them when the need arises, not having to make sure I call the offices. However, I'm really tired of not being able to book rides appropriately, and then when I try to go back and change the time I have to restart the app because it won't release the information that was first entered. I want to book a pick up time from the office for 3 PM, the system returns a pick up window of 4 to 4:30, which is not acceptable for my schedule. I have to restart the app to change it to a 2:30 pick up, and it returns a 2 to 2:30 window, which is now too early. Restart the app to make it an arrival time for Home, and I get the 2:30 to 3 PM pick up time. If the problem is that there are no open drivers for that time, then it would be nice to be informed of that. But if that's the case why does it keep changing The times that the bus would come to me. I think this crazy AI system is still not completely online.
