Pro (subscription)

• No banner ads
• AI-generated workouts that adapt to your history, preferences, and goals
• Generate up to 7 days per run; up to 20 generations per billing month
• Re-run to refine or update preferences (replaces upcoming AI workouts)

How AI plans help

• Uses your recent training, goal (strength, hypertrophy, endurance, etc.), and constraints
• Balances muscle groups and rest spacing
• Gives clear, editable sessions you can start immediately or schedule

Notes

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel in your App Store settings.
