Plate Crew

Plate Crew is an app where you have a live crew with you every workout.

Your crew consists of: Bumper, your friend, who supports you, checks in on you, and talks to you about life beyond the gym; Coach Plate, your personal trainer who is focused on your form and long-term development; Temper, your rival, who constantly challenges you; and your friends who lift with you.

During your workouts, your crew will send you messages as exercises start and as you log sets. After your workout, you will receive a personalized workout summary from one of the characters.

Beyond workouts, Bumper, Coach Plate, and Temper will post on your activity feed and provide workout suggestions.

Your crew shows up every workout. All you have to do is start one.
