I purchased a course years ago which I used for my oldest child. I was so excited when the peaceful sleeper switched to a subscription so I could access all of the courses, not just the one I purchased. The best part about the subscription is being able to apply for one on one coaching with Chrissy to troubleshoot sleep issues! Highly recommend

Learning how to sleep train or “sleep learn” in an attentive, loving, supportive way has completely changed my life. I have three kids (each one being SO different) and used this method for all of them. All my babies truly became so much happier and calmer since learning how to sleep initiate. It’s like they finally got the restorative sleep they needed. The easy access of this app has given me the confidence and support I’ve needed every step of the way whether it’s accessing the on demand videos or utilizing the community for support in answering my sleep questions. Chrissy is also so amazing and truly helps you figure out what is best for you and your baby. 10/10 recommend!
