Viet P2P

     Viet P2P is a platform that connects end users with licensed partner banks and financial institutions for consultation and verification purposes.

Developed by H-Finance Co., Ltd., the app helps users securely exchange information and receive support from authorized financial partners. All financial operations — including loan approval, disbursement, and repayment — are conducted directly by the partner institutions, not by Viet P2P. The app requests access to the camera so that users can take or upload photos of identification documents and supporting materials during account verification (KYC) or profile updates. Captured images are used solely for verification, are encrypted, and securely transmitted to the authorized partner systems. Viet P2P does not store, reuse, or share these photos for any other purpose. The app also uses the user’s phone number as a unique identifier (UID) to verify real users and prevent fraudulent activities. This helps ensure authenticity, block spam registrations, and detect fake or impersonated accounts. Phone numbers are used only for identity verification and communication with authorized financial partners. Viet P2P does not share, trade, or use phone data for any other purpose. Viet P2P is fully committed to user privacy protection and complies with Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Decree (No. 13/2023/NĐ-CP) and all related data regulations. Transparent Loan Information

          • Real estate loans: up to 30 billion VND
          • Business loans: up to 10 billion VND
          • Secured consumer loans: up to 5 billion VND
     - Loan Tenure: 12–240 months (no loan requires full repayment within 60 days)
     - Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 5.99% – 13% (all APR values remain below the 36% maximum required by Apple)
     - Collateral: Real estate
     - Service Fee: Up to 2%
     - Repayment Schedule: Monthly installments; the next due date is shown in the “My Loans” section
     - Total Payable Amount: Fully displayed to the user before submitting any request
