I’ve been doing Mark and Lauren’s programs for years. They were always worth the price. I saw way more gains following their programs than I ever did in the ten years prior of just winging it. This app is amazing because you can do so many different programs as your needs change. And all of the recipes, meals, etc. It is an amazing deal. If you are the type of person who doesn’t like to wing it and you want to see consistent progress, this is the best deal I’ve seen on anything like this. And it’s actual quality content unlike most of the fitness apps out there.

I’ve contacted the company on multiple occasions to cancel my 3-month subscription because the app is FULL of bugs. It crashes constantly and a bunch of the features just don’t work like checkin and other features. Customer service refuse to cancel my subscription claiming I need to complete the 3-months but they have not fulfilled their own obligations in providing a fully functional app. Don’t expect customers to pay you Mark and Lauren if you can’t provide a functional app that should have been properly bug tested before it was released. I’m someone that is usually so understanding of these things but it has honestly been a joke of an experience. I’ll be contacting my bank and filing a dispute if they don’t handle this ethically and fairly.

None of this “free” app’s content can be accessed without a very expensive paid subscription. You can’t even subscribe in the app, only at vrtoapp.com. Sketchy. Good luck when you want a refund after you see what you’ve paid for!
