I downloaded the app because I saw an event happening in my area. It said they had one spot left so I signed up and purchased the one time event fee of $7.49. After I clicked purchased, it popped up with an “error code” alert. I waited refreshed the page and tried again, still didn’t work. I logged out of my account and back in to try again, STILL didn’t work. I was pretty bummed and thought forget it until I got a notification for 7!!! purchases for a total of $49 something! I emailed support immediately. It took over a day for them to reply but they were very kind when they finally did. They said I would need to request the refund through Apple and for my troubles they would enter me into the event for free. Very kind! I did the event, enjoyed it, but didn’t think I’d do it again. (Not a fan of long distance) So I deleted my account and the app the following day. However, a few days following, I got two more of the same charges! How?!? I deleted the app! I emailed support, never answered. Emailed AGAIN, STILL no answer. Tried to do the refund through Apple but they can’t allow it because Candid didn’t allow it. A joke. And it’s a Catholic app yet they’re taking my money and not answering?? Sad. Don’t recommend.
