I absolutely love this app and Julia as a trainer. The app has helped me stay consistent with macros and my workouts. It’s pushed me to try new exercises and has motivated me to really challenge myself on exercises I used to do in ways I wouldn’t have thought of. Julia is kind and encouraging! She motivates her clients to be their best selves and show up for themselves like they do for everyone else. She is positive and offers tips and tricks to get better results along the journey. She constantly reminds her clients this is not a sprint. I’ve been working with her for almost a month. I have been tracking my body fat percentage and lean mass. I’m very happy to see my bfp slowly go down even when the scale doesn’t and my lean mass slowly building as well. Amazing program!

I’m in love with this app. Not only is Julia so supportive but it’s only been 2 weeks and I’m already seeing results. I’ve been working out for years but I never reach my goals because I lack the structure. This app allows me to stay on track of everything & plans out my workouts.
