EpiWatch - Seizure Monitor

EpiWatch is an FDA-cleared Apple Watch app for detecting, monitoring, and logging tonic-clonic seizure activity in adults and children ages 5 and up. Its clinically validated detection algorithm can alert caregivers by phone call, text message, or email, including the wearer’s GPS location. Users can add multiple caregivers, customize alert preferences, send manual alerts with the Help button, and test notifications at any time.

EpiWatch supports cellular Apple Watch Family Setup, allowing a loved one to use the app without their own iPhone. It also includes seizure journaling, aura and event logging, monitoring status notifications, and an Apple Watch complication. Seizure detection, monitoring, and caregiver alerting require a U.S. clinician’s prescription, an active subscription, and a compatible Apple Watch with connectivity.
