I am officially deleting this app after one too many unacceptable experiences. Klik forces you to pay in full upfront, yet they consistently fail to deliver on their end of the bargain. Over the past few weeks, my orders have been delayed by hours, not minutes. When I try to call customer support to find out where my food is, I am either left on hold indefinitely or, on the rare occasion someone picks up, they offer absolutely no solution—just empty apologies. They refuse to issue refunds for the delays, and they will not escalate the issue to a manager. I have provided feedback multiple times hoping things would improve, but the service has only gotten worse. At this point, I am tired of paying a premium for cold food and zero accountability. Do not fall for the convenience. If something goes wrong, you are on your own. I am deleting my account and taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered food and the delivery man didn’t arrive at the food store for two hours since he was doing something else. And he didn’t credit to call me or the food store so he was using beep calls which i think is poor. At the end i for the food for more than 3 hours in which then i cancelled and demanded a refund. So i hope you learn from my mistakes
