I had a highly disappointing experience today. After ordering and paying via the app (and sending the voucher as requested), I received two confirmations that my order was being prepared. Shortly after, I received a call claiming my location was 9+ km away, despite the app clearly stating it was only 6.1 km. The team then pressured me to pay the driver extra cash—an unspecified amount—outside of the app’s payment system. When I refused and asked for a refund, I was told it was impossible because "finance officials aren't available on a Saturday." To make matters worse, I was promised a manager's callback that never happened. Holding a customer's money hostage while refusing service due to their own app’s technical discrepancies feels incredibly dodgy. Proceed with caution.
