Water – fear Wu Xing originated in ancient China over 2,000 years ago as a framework for understanding change and balance in the natural world. It later became a foundational concept in Traditional Chinese Medicine, where it is used to reflect relationships between the body, emotions, and overall harmony. The app enables users to log moods, journal experiences, and weekly visualize emotional trends over time. MindFort helps identify recurring stressors and offers simple, practical TCM-inspired guidance to support emotional balance, conserve mental energy, and promote long-term well-being.
