Impossible to get a real person, even when concerns are related to medication safety. Several WEEKS of “we understand your concern and have escalated to the pharmacy.” They cannot hold or pause shipments even when they took several days to process a request and request to hold was made before shipment.

When i first started I was prescribed a compound with B12. Unfortunately B12 causes a reaction in me. I told a provider at Fridays and they switched me to a compound without B12. Everything was fine for months, I even lost 45 pounds and I wasn’t having any reactions. Today i went to inject myself with a fresh vial they recently sent me, and i saw the color of the fluid was red when I was filling the needle. Red=B12. Check the box to make sure and yup they sent me a compound with B12! If your patient previously had a reaction to B12, and was doing fine on a compound without B12 why suddenly would you switch them back to a compound they had a reaction to? Absolutely scary. If the B12 used in these shots didn’t have a red color, i totally wouldn’t have even noticed and would have injected myself with something that would cause me harm. Extreme negligence! I contacted support who told me its not something they can help with and to schedule a video call with a provider. Only the provider never showed for the appointment. Frustrating beyond words! Update: they cancelled my account. Told me i would get a refund. So i chose a new company. Paid the new company. Only to get an email from Fridays saying after further review they see i previously had a none b12 compound. So you didnt see that before even though i said it before? They rely on AI to respond to inquires way too much to gamble my health with.
