FieldFlow Go is the mobile app for the FieldFlow field-service platform by Avenya. It gives field technicians access to the jobs, customer information, site details, assets, forms, and instructions they need throughout the working day.

Technicians can view assigned work and routes, update job progress, complete forms and checklists, capture photos and attachments, collect signatures, and record time, travel, expenses, and parts from the field. Offline-friendly workflows keep essential job information available when connectivity is limited and sync updates when a connection returns.

When enabled by the technician, optional location reporting updates the organisation with the technician's current location, including while the app is in the background. This supports dispatch and travel coordination between field jobs. Location reporting can be turned off at any time in Settings.
