Klein WiFi Borescope ET19

This software for this app is absolutely horrendous. Ive been having trouble with it to the point ive been just taking pictures of the screen for 2 months now. The product itself “the et-19t” is amazing really clear and great. The second you need to download those photos, absolutely garbage. Trouble connecting to WiFi repeatedly, then once it finally connects none of the files show up. You try and try again. I contacted customer support for klein. The answer i got was to delete the app and redownload it. And to make sure my borescope was fully charged. None of that matters. Seems to be a problem that the camera runs software V1.0.7 and the app runs V1.2.13. And THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE. But there is no way to force an update on the borescope “it should update when properly connected”. Klein is no help. I will also be leaving this review on their website to hopefully steer someone else in a better direction.

So this thing has a lot of features and is amazing to use. Wanna get the photos…you need their(Klein tools) app. And that’s where the problem starts. Not connecting to WiFi or to your phone and even when you do it just doesn’t want to send the photos. I’ve messed with this for hours to no avail. The video I took I desperately need and can’t get. Needless to say this app seems to have been coded by people that either hate coding or you the consumer. Their manual also offers little help since the app seems to be the jam up. If they fix the app five stars on the product but I’ll be leaving the product a one star review as well
