Strong hardware capabilities (clear camera resolution and good lighting) with a rigid wand for maneuverability when the app works.
Solid concept of using a smartphone/tablet as the display.

Relatively good value for the price for the hardware/camera when the app works.

Cons

Frequent crashes, freezes, and lag in the app.
Unreliable connectivity between iPhone and the boroscope; often cannot connect or has to reconfigure.

This app is rated low for its ability to share and view recorded videos, and that is fair. I can't speak on this as I didn't buy the tool for this purpose. For the singular purpose of providing live feed video to identify problems, the tool performs as expected. I was able to go deep into my engine bay and grab a bolt that slipped out of reach/sight. The flashlight feature with variable illumination is useful and rarely does the video lag. If you buy this tool and use the app, expect this tool to function well under these conditions.
