The new feature allows you to test your punch reaction time!

How fast you can punch? With your Apple Watch, throw a punch and instantly measure key metrics—velocity, g-force, and duration—displayed using a nice graph on your iPhone.

How fast is your punch? An untrained puncher may hit speeds around 7 m/s A professional boxer can reach up to 20 m/s with a cross punch A professional boxer jab typically peaks around 11.5 m/s

Setup Instructions The arrow on the Apple Watch face indicates the punch direction. To adjust it based on your watch orientation, simply long-press the arrow to flip it to other direction.

How to Use

1. Start the Watch app and iPhone app
2. Throw a punch.
3. View detailed metrics on iPhone.
