AmbientBooks is a smart response to how we actually read today. Instead of fighting shrinking attention spans it works with them. For every chapter in a book the app provides a subtle video and audio backdrop the defense immersion without pulling focus away from the text. At a time when we binge watch an entire Netflix series, but struggle to get through a good book AmbientBooks hits a rare sweet spot. After a while, it feels less like you are reading and more like you are inside a story. It is essentially an imaginary fireplace for books - present calming and atmospheric. I’m genuinely excited for more titles to release. If this is the direction reading apps are going I already know that I will be reading more!

I’m a big fan of Fourth Wing, so it’s kinda unreal seeing it fully animated. The app brings the entire book to life with video, which is such a unique way to experience a story I already love. Being able to watch the characters and scenes play out visually adds a whole new dimension to the reading experience. It’s like having a movie adaptation made just for book lovers. The video quality is impressive, and it really captures the essence of the story. If you’re into romance and fantasy novels, this app is definitely worth checking out!
