Recent reviews

I love the idea behind BookWatch and really enjoy the book summaries and content. Unfortunately, the app itself has been very frustrating to use. It’s full of glitches—some books won’t play at all, and others don’t show as completed even after I’ve finished them. What has been even more disappointing is the customer service. I’ve tried contacting support through the chat, but no one responds, and I also sent an email without receiving any help. The content has a lot of potential, but good content doesn’t make up for poor app quality and nonexistent customer support. At this point, I wouldn’t recommend the app.
