To be honest, like most people I believed that there’s very little time to dedicate to my wellbeing. But this doesn’t take a huge time investment to have REAL results for my mind and body. It’s changing everything rather than juggling and feeling all around depleted - This brings breath work, yoga, mindset, motivation, and so many things together. It’s like having a pocket size wellness coach. Really helps me keep my CALM even on most chaotic days and to help me reset I honestly feel like it’s been a huge gift in my life. I’ve felt a shift, it’s been transformative. It’s like discovering a treasure chest. If you feel like your energy is always going out and never coming back to you -this app is what you need. It’s not just self-care. It’s a life support and the best way. My patience with my kids has improved. I am way less reactive under pressure in work and I’m sleeping better. I decided to take back my power and intentionally put good apps on my phone that would feed me the good vibes and inspiration I was looking for if I decided I needed a midnight scroll. The soul playground is one of those apps. 😍 10/10 recommend.

I like how I feel after doing the breathing exercises. What a great way to feel better just by breathing!
