CALM! is a mindfulness app that supports self-care based on heart rate variability (HRV).

By placing your finger on the smartphone camera for 30 seconds, the app estimates heart rate variability (HRV) from optical pulse signals.

HRV has been internationally studied in relation to stress and relaxation, and CALM! provides this estimated value as reference information to support daily self-care and mindfulness practice.

Depending on your condition, the app suggests techniques such as bilateral stimulation and box breathing.
