Timply is the employee app for teams that run on Timply. Clock in and out, see your schedule, request time off, and stay on top of your workday, all from your phone.

TIME CLOCK • Clock in and out in seconds, with optional notes and project tags • If your organization enables GPS verification, a single location snapshot is taken at clock-in and clock-out. Timply never tracks your location in the background • Record lunch and extra work at check-out • Export your time entries to CSV

SCHEDULE • See your shifts by day, week, or month • View shift details and coworkers on the same shift • Request shift transfers with teammates • Add shifts to your calendar

TIME OFF • Request vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and more • Follow the approval status of every request • See your vacation balance and comp time (Pro plan)

ANNOUNCEMENTS • Read announcements from your organization, including attachments • Confirm the ones that ask you to acknowledge them

PROJECTS (Pro plan) • Browse project tasks and update their status • Attach photos and files to projects and check-outs

NOTIFICATIONS • Push and in-app notifications for schedule changes, time-off decisions, and shift transfer requests

ABOUT ACCOUNTS Timply is the companion app for organizations that use Timply (timply.se) for workforce management. Your employer creates the organization and invites you, and you sign in with your email and password, or with Google or Microsoft.
