2026-02-22	Va*****	Bought the VIP weekly, was able to access for a day. Started acting up (lagging, close episodes)… tried logging out and when I logged back in. My VIP was gone. When I hit the purchase option, it’s tells me that I already have a membership but I can’t access anything. Sent email for help and haven’t heard anything. I would like to either have access to my membership or a full refund. I’ll have to ask Apple to refund.
