I paid for a month subscription at the end of July. I still haven’t been able to watch the vip clips because they never load. It’s 8/5 and I’ve emailed the app support multiple times and no one has responded so now it’s been 8 days since I started paying for the app and I’ve never been able to watch any of the VIP clips.

I paid for my subscription and I’m not able to watch none of the shows. Make it make sense. I want my money back. I can only watch the first few episodes.
