Raising happy and healthy children has become increasingly difficult and the number of children with physical, behavioural and emotional problems is increasing at a terrifying rate. But it does not need to be like this. We can prevent the majority of medical problems that are plaguing us and our children by simply modifying our lifestyle.

This children’s book and game is all about helping kids make healthy choices so they can grow up strong and happy. Charlie’s adventures teach them five important lessons: getting enough sleep, playing outside in nature, eating nutritious food, drinking water, and being kind to our Earth. These lessons are part of our "Keen Kids" philosophy, which aims to protect kids from unhealthy habits and keep them healthy.
