Buyer beware. When I tried to purchase a backdrop last week from this one seller, there was no option to input name and age. The thumbnail says it was editable on Canva, but I could not figure out a way to input my daughter’s information. I purchased it hoping they would reach out to me after checking out, but nope they just went straight into production. After few days of back and forth with customer service, they sent me a confirmation page to update the details to go on the banner. I confirmed it, but they still wasted a few more days while my order status was on “Waiting” instead of being in “Production”. Then they tell me it will take up to 15 days to arrive even when I paid more for the premium shipping. No way am I paying $78 for Express shipping when the premium shipping could’ve been more than enough time on the first day I ordered. They jeopardized our birthday plans and only offered a refund once I cancel the order. There are alot of complaints online that orders arrive late very often and some people get empty packages. Also many arts here are stolen from other artists. I don’t know if this is a scam app or was it a scam seller, but beware. These sellers put up misleading details and also extremely lack of information about the product. Most likely some AI generated pics and posting with products that come from China. I tried posting a review on that product, but it never showed up. I believe all products on their site has 4-5 stars review but zero 1 stars. The reviews all sound very generic, most likely posted by AI. If you want to take a risk with late deliveries and also horrible quality and a chance of getting an empty package, then go ahead and shop here.

Printerval is honestly one of the best online shopping apps I’ve used. The variety of clothes, shoes, and gift items is amazing, and everything is easy to find. Delivery was fast, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!
