I downloaded the app in order to track my order. I got an email that it had shipped but needed to the app to track it. When I open the order in the app, there’s no ability to track. I’ve been baited and will now delete the app. I’ve ordered cards from here and are happy with those. Inexpensive & nice quality.

I never received my Christmas cards. When I tried to contact customer service in the app, the chat button just takes you back to the Home Screen every time. There is no other way to contact them. Thus, I have paid for my Christmas cards and have gotten nothing! Beware of using this app or this company! I will never use this app or this company again, nor will I recommend to anyone.
