Got this app because for some reason it's required to track a package, and then there's absolutely no place in the app to track orders. The link on the email doesn't work. There's no phone number to call and you can't type directly into the AI assistant, so you're only able to ask pre-generated questions.

when uploading photos to make a coffee table book. there is no way to rotate your photo, AND the app automatically flips it 1 rotation to the right, which is extremely annoying. the website is alot better and have had no problems. the app is poor
