They told me AFTER I ordered that the guarantee wouldn't apply to my order, when it was already too late to cancel. You should warn people of that before they check out. I did email about it and they said it's just their policy.

shipping dates are completely fraudulent. no customer service, chatbot gave a blanket response why shipping times were extended and then app blocked chat. wouldn't be surprised if the poster doesn't arrive. scam
