2026-04-21	To*****	It kicks you out just trying to upload a photo, and you have to complete OTP every time you log in to the app, which is crazy even after it reads your face as a biometric. Come on now, you truly need to fix your app, NOT USER FRIENDLY!!!! And it only allows you to up load (1) photo for a claim !!! Please fix this! I the User sends an email with all the receipts needed, and the response back says to the user, saying please upload into the app! I am like this is bogus! I spend more time fouling with the app, than doing what I was asked to do by you, so this is why I am only giving you a (1) star review!! I wish I could give it (0)! Thanks for waiting my time.

2026-04-21	Sy*****	My biggest issue with this app is that everytime I get out of the app to get something and almost immediately go back, it prompts me to login again. It’s a real pain!!
