2026-08-06	Mk*****	Flores Updated their website and app and did not transfer any login credentials to it. They will require users to register again to use the portal, but they haven’t sent registration emails to do so, yet they’re still sending emails requesting documentation of claims and threatening to report the claims to the IRS as taxable income if they don’t receive the documentation in 30 days but their website in inaccessible to provide the documentation. Very poor communication and a poor user experience.

2026-06-26	eg*****	This is the 2nd Flores app, and it’s no better than the original. I can’t login to the application using my credentials stored in Password. The error message says the credentials I entered don’t match their records, but those same credentials from Password work on the Flores 247, other auto filled. C’mon. Do better or don’t have an app. You embarrass yourselves.

2026-06-03	sm*****	These folks wouldn’t know how to run a lemonade stand, much less a service company in 2026. Their website is hot garbage, and the app is worse. Good luck if you’re forced to use these folks, as everyone is - nobody but clueless HR professionals would voluntarily deal with this company. Unless there are truly no other options out there for transit check and wellness benefit management? How is that possible? If that is true, I hope some modestly competent company comes along and eats these clowns’ lunch pronto.
