App doesn’t open properly on iPad. Does GOMO have a helpline? Without the app can’t chat with them. App doesn’t work and no back up plan! The App front page says login by email but when you try the app goes back to the front page. The email button is just a loop!!!

I can't believe they made so much money but ended up implementing an app like this. This is so terrible. It is the worst app I've ever used. This is the ugliest garbage.Every time I use this app, it gives me a headache. I don't want to use this anymore, but I have to because I need to set up my SIM card. It is so terrible.I can't even check my subscription plan in this app, and the customer service is also rubbish. I ask them questions, they give me answers in half a day to reply to me, and then suggest I reinstall the app. Every time I use this app, I get very angry.
